ThinkNBuild ("we", "us") is a product studio based in Delhi, India. We build software for institutions, including PathshalaHQ (school management) and Kaiwa (messaging and video calls). This page explains what information we handle and how.

What we collect

This website (thinknbuild.in) does not use cookies, trackers, or analytics, and has no forms. If you email us at hello@thinknbuild.in, we receive whatever you send us — your email address, name if provided, and your message — solely to respond to your inquiry.

WhatsApp and messaging communications

Our product PathshalaHQ may send WhatsApp messages on behalf of schools that use our platform, to staff, parents, and students who are part of that school. These messages are limited to service-related communications the recipient's school has enrolled them in, such as:

• Attendance and fee reminders
• School notices and announcements
• Homework and academic updates

We do not use WhatsApp for unsolicited marketing, and we do not send WhatsApp messages to anyone outside of the school communications they are already part of.

How we share information

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or marketing purposes. Information is only shared with service providers (such as Meta/WhatsApp, email, and SMS delivery services) as needed to operate the products described above.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the services described above, or as required by law.
